Kontra

Kontra is a Finnish rock group active from 1977, with Moog Konttinen as the lead vocalist and central figure. The band is associated with late 1970s Finnish rock and is best known for the song “Jerry Cotton”, a Finnish version of the Kinks track “Jack the Idiot Dunce”.

The group is based in Finland. It is credited as a Finnish band, and Konttinen is identified as its only listed member.
