Kid Gorgeous

Kid Gorgeous is an American metalcore band from West Seneca, New York, active from 1998 to 2003. The group is associated with metalcore, hardcore, chaotic hardcore, mathcore and screamo, and its line-up includes Chris Behm, Ryan Besecker, Donnie Lewisnski, John McCarthy, Steve Micciche, Erik Boccio, Justin Cuviello and Jesse Muscato.

Background

The band forms in the Buffalo, New York area and features former members of Buffalo acts Buried Alive, Despair and Every Time I Die, alongside players connected with Anterrabae and Ghosts of War. During its active years, Kid Gorgeous tours extensively in the United States.

Recordings

Kid Gorgeous releases two full-length albums on Uprising Records: Friday Night Knife Fight and This Feeling Gets Old. The band also issues an EP on Redstar Records in 2000. Its labels also include Eulogy Recordings.

Later activity

The band plays its final show in November 2003 and returns for a one-off reunion in September 2006.
