Keli Holiday is an Australian solo project created by Adam Hyde, who is one half of the multi-ARIA award-winning, 10x platinum-selling duo Peking Duk.

The project grows out of Hyde’s period after a two-month North American tour with back-to-back dates. Instead of taking the holiday he had been told to have on returning home, he uses an old guitar to begin making music under the Keli Holiday name.

The sound and idea behind the project are shaped by Hyde’s interest in New Order records, sleepless nights, beer and the experience of exploring New York. Two years after the project begins, that sense of wanting a holiday and working with the old guitar develops into Keli Holiday.
