Katy Kirby

Katy Kirby is an American singer-songwriter and musician associated with indie folk and indie rock. She is from Spicewood and Nashville, and is based in New York City.

Kirby begins releasing music in 2018 with the EP Juniper. In May 2020, she shares a new recorded version of her song “Tap Twice”. Later in 2020, she announces her debut album and releases the single “Traffic!”.

Her debut album, Cool Dry Place, is released in 2021. The album receives a “Album of the Week” mention from Stereogum on release.
