Kate Jackson

Kate Jackson is an actress and singer from Birmingham, United States, born in 1948. She is best known as the lead singer of the British pop-rock band The Long Blondes.

After The Long Blondes split in 2008, she turns her attention to painting and continues to work on music alongside that. She performs with her live band The Wrong Moves and writes songs with Bernard Butler.

Jackson also releases solo material. Her debut solo album is British Road Movies, and its first track, Metropolis, appears in February 2016. She also has a SoundCloud presence.
