Karova

Karova is a progressive house group associated with North London and Kentish Town. The name is used for a seven-piece band and also for an electronic dance music project linked to Alec Milliner and Richard Harris.

Band and alias

As a band, Karova is a seven-piece act from Kentish Town, North London. Its line-up includes Alec Milliner. The group cites The Who, The Small Faces, New Order, Madness, The Ragga Twins, Massive Attack and Primal Scream among its musical influences.

Karova is also used as an alias for the electronic dance music and progressive house work of Alec Milliner and Richard Harris. Under that name, they release three singles between 2000 and 2001: Still Secrets, Smashed, which features Tim Harvey, and New York Nights. They also remix several tracks between 2000 and 2005.
