Kap Bambino

Kap Bambino is an electronic and electropunk group from Bordeaux, France, active since 2001. The project consists of Orion Bouvier and Caroline Martial, and it forms alongside their own label, WWILKO.

The duo makes energetic contemporary electronic music built around incisive rhythms, repeated riffs and lyrics described as deliberately broken or difficult to parse. Their sound moves between pop, melancholy and a harsher, stripped-back style, while keeping an aggressive edge.

Kap Bambino works on the fringe of French musical culture and places strong emphasis on performance. Their live shows are central to the project, with a stage presence described as intense, playful, wild and uncompromising. The group presents the project as a shared outlet for energy and delirium, separate from their individual side projects, GROUPGRIS and KHIMA FRANCE.
