Joeboy is a Nigerian singer-songwriter from Lagos, born in 1997. He works in Afro-pop, and his sound is also associated with afrobeats, afrobeat and contemporary R&B.

He is known for the song “Baby”, which reaches the top 10 on Apple Music’s charts in Nigeria, Uganda and Kenya in 2019. His birth name is Joseph Akinfenwa Donus.
