Joe Lewis is a Chicago-based US techno and acid house producer. He is described as one of Chicago’s more underrated producers and is associated with the city’s house and techno scene.

His musical career begins at a local skating rink, where he organises parties that feature artists who later become significant names in house music. He also works with Larry Heard and Jamie Principal.

The name is shared by more than one artist, including a separate acoustic folk-rock musician from Newport in the UK, but the Chicago producer is the US techno and acid house artist identified here.
