Joe Hicks is a United States soul and funk singer and songwriter. He records a single issued on Sly Stone’s Stone Flower label and also appears on D&B Together. He co-writes several songs with Bobby Womack, including “Simple Man”, “Ruby Dean” and “That’s The Way I Feel About Cha”; “Simple Man” and “Ruby Dean” are recorded on Understanding.
