Jodie Marie
Jodie Marie Warlow is a Welsh singer-songwriter from the United Kingdom, associated with alternative rock, blues, folk rock and soul. She is discovered in Narberth, Pembrokeshire, Wales, and signs to Decca in 2010.
She releases her single On the Road on the Verve label, with three tracks: the title song, a Summer Camp remix, and Other Way Out. Her debut album, Mountain Echo, appears in 2012 and is her only album listed. The album is described as drawing on folk and jazz-inflected singer-songwriter traditions, and it is nominated for a Welsh Music Prize in 2012.
An hour-long S4C television documentary follows her during the release of Mountain Echo.
