Jochen Miller

Jochen Miller is the professional name of Jochen van der Steijn, an electronic music producer and trance DJ from Langenboom, Netherlands. He begins his career in 2001, first releasing singles under the name DJ Jochen.

Career

In 2003, he adopts the Jochen Miller name and moves from uplifting trance and hard trance towards tech trance. He then finds a place on High Contrast Recordings, where he remains associated with the label.

Collaborations

From 2008, he works with Benno de Goeij of Rank 1, beginning with the single “And Then...”. That collaboration develops into a co-production partnership on his own releases. He also works regularly with High Contrast producer Artento Divini and with Romanian producer Adrian Ivan, who records as Mr. Pit.
