Jed is Dead is a two-piece techno-indie project from Wrexham, formed in 2010. The line-up consists of Emily Gresham on vocals and bass, and Mickey Harmina on keyboards and programming. It begins as a traditional guitar band before moving into a techno-indie format.

Gresham is from Llandudno and first appears on the scene as a singer-songwriter in 2001, when she is 15 years old. The pair play frequently on the live circuit and support acts including 65daysofstatic, Death in Vegas, The Orb, Pop Will Eat Itself and Sonic Boom Six. The project is known for dynamic live performances and for being heard best in a loud live setting.
