Jay Critch is a rapper, singer and songwriter from Brooklyn, New York. Born Jason Cole Critchlow in 1997, he works in trap and related hip-hop styles.

Career

He signs with Rich the Kid’s label, Rich Forever Music, and first gains recognition through collaborations with Rich the Kid. He later signs a joint venture with Interscope Records and releases his debut solo mixtape, Hood Favorite. The mixtape enters the Billboard 200.

His releases with Rich Forever Music include the compilation albums Rich Forever 3 and Rich Forever 4, both of which also enter the Billboard 200.
