James Gruntz is a Swiss singer-songwriter from Bern, born in 1987. He is raised in Biel and Basel and lives in Zurich. His music is generally labelled pop, but it draws on a range of influences including jazz, blues, soul and beats. He gains a national audience with the track Heart Keeps Dancing. His fourth LP, Belvedere, is released in 2014.
