INVSN

INVSN is a post-punk and punk rock group from Umeå, Sweden, active since 1999. The name is pronounced “Invasionen”.

The band is associated with Swedish musician Dennis Lyxzén, who is also known for work with Refused, AC4 and The (International) Noise Conspiracy. INVSN begins as a solo project and is described as a more folk-oriented and softer direction than those earlier hardcore and punk acts.

The group includes Dennis Lyxzén, Sara Almgren, André Sandström and Anders Stenberg.
