Intuit

Intuit is a German electronic-jazz duo from Germany, active since 1997. The group consists of Thomas Braun on drums and Till Maragnoli on bass. The two musicians work together as a duo and have developed their project through a long collaboration.

Before using the name Intuit, they release their first two recordings on Compost under the name Supersempft, including appearances on Glücklich 4 and Compost 100. As Intuit, they pursue a style built around live instrumentation and selected guest musicians, with arrangements that are complex and detailed.

Their music is associated with bossa nova, chillout, acid jazz, lounge and latin influences, and is described as carrying a Brazilian feel.
