Intermission
Intermission is a German eurodance group from Germany. It is active in the 1990s and is associated with the eurodance style. The group is built around the singer Lori Glori, who gives the productions their characteristic vocal sound.
Formation and sound
The main production force behind Intermission is the team Michael Eisele and Dietmar Stehle, known as DMP, short for Dance Music Production. They are also connected with other dance acts including Captain Hollywood Project and Loft. Intermission’s sound is linked to this production approach and to the presence of strong vocal lead parts.
Members and contributors
Members associated with the group include Thorsten Adler, Lori Glori, Nina, Valerie Scott and Raquel Gómez. Nina also contributes vocals, and the producers Attack II and G. Schein, both linked with Captain Hollywood Project, take part in the project.
Context
The group is one of at least three acts using the name Intermission, but the German eurodance project is the one associated with the 1990s dance scene.
