Inter Arma

Inter Arma is a heavy metal group from Richmond, United States, formed in 2006. Their sound is associated with sludge metal and black metal, and their listed genres also include death metal, post-metal and psychedelic.

Before their first album, they release a number of demos and a 7-inch split with Battlemaster. Their debut album, Sundown, appears in 2010 on Forcefield Records.

In 2012 they release the EP The Destroyer. Their second full-length, Sky Burial, follows in 2013 on Relapse Records. In 2014 they issue another EP, The Cavern, which consists of a single 46-minute track and also appears on Relapse.

The group remains active and the listed members are Joe Mueller, Tommy Brewer, Mike Paparo, Trey Dalton, Drew Goldi, Joe Kerkes, T.J. Childers and Steven Russell.
