insurrect is a name used for more than one metal act. One is a five-piece melodic thrash metal band from Cleveland, Ohio. Some of its members later join Skeletonwitch, who release on Prosthetic Records, and Howl, who release on Relapse Records. Another act using the same name plays red-black war metal in London.
