Iain Sinclair

Iain Sinclair is a writer and filmmaker from Cardiff, Wales, born in 1943. He works across several forms, including novels, poetry, journalism, performance and film, and is also described as a psycho-geographer and pseudo-documentary maker.

His books include Whitechapel, Scarlet Tracings, Downriver, London Orbital, Slow Chocolate Autopsy and Suicide Bridge. He is also a performance artist and has appeared with LA Bradford at the Royal Festival Hall. He has a friendship with Bill Drummond.
