I, Ludicrous

I, Ludicrous is a London-based UK pop ensemble formed in 1985. It is a two-piece group made up of John S. Procter and William Hung.

The group first comes to wider attention at the end of 1987, when its debut flexi release, Preposterous Tales, reaches number 11 in John Peel’s Festive Fifty. It continues to make music and plays occasional live dates, mainly in London.

The band is associated with classic pop and rock, and is also described as indie pop and post-punk.
