Huw Williams

Huw Williams is a French electronic producer associated with electro, house, nu disco and glo-fi. He is based in Pyrénées-Orientales, France and works under the name Rookie, with a track titled “I’ll Do You” credited as a collaboration with Point 4 Records in London. Rookie signs to the label in May 2005.

Williams also works as a remixer and appears under several guises. His remix work includes versions for Dido, Faithless, Lemar and Dru Hill, and his sound is associated with 56K, Stylus, Y-Traxx, Thrillseekers and Curtis Mantronix. His profile is further shaped by remixes from Andy Caldwell and Richard Dinsdale of Toolroom.

He is also a member of the duo Rubikon.
