Huw Olesker is a Portsmouth artist and the first act to sign to Turf Records. He follows a run of guerrilla performances at the Secret Garden Party and Blissfields festivals.

His work is described as combining the outlook of a cynical punk with an irreverent, cutting wit. He is also noted as a Blue Peter badge winner.
