Host

Host is a UK group formed by Nick Holmes and Gregor Mackintosh, both of whom are members of Paradise Lost. The project begins in 2022 and remains active. It works in synthpop, darkwave, Gothic rock and electronic music, and it takes its name from the 1999 Paradise Lost album Host, which is noted for its strong electronica influence.

The group is a side project rather than the main band for Holmes and Mackintosh. It also appears in connection with producer Jaime Gomez in earlier descriptions of the project, though the currently identified members are Holmes and Mackintosh.
