Hidden Agenda

Hidden Agenda is a UK drum and bass duo from Hartlepool, made up of Max Fresh and NOS. The group is active from 1991 to 2016 and is associated with drum and bass and jazzstep.

Career

The duo works as a production and mixing team from the start of the 1990s, although it does not begin releasing records until the mid-1990s. Its sound is described as jazz-inflected drum’n’bass. After meeting Fabio, Hidden Agenda makes its debut for Goldie’s Metalheadz label in 1995 with Is It Love.

It follows this with three further Metalheadz singles in 1995 and 1996, including a track on the compilation Platinum Breakz. The group also releases material on Fabio’s Creative Source Records.

Album

Hidden Agenda’s debut full-length, Whatever Happened To..., is issued in late 2000.
