Herb Garden

Herb Garden are a five-piece punk group from Bristol, United Kingdom. Formed in 1987, they are associated with the local “Redland” sound and build a following on the European punk circuit and the UK free festival scene.

The band first appears on record with a self-titled five-track mini-album in 1988. It then releases two full-length albums: Destructive Natural Agent in 1990 and HMS Disaster in 1992, the latter on Words of Warning Records. Alongside these albums, Herb Garden issue several limited-run singles, many of which become collectors’ items.

The group splits in 1995, but it also returns for occasional one-off reunion performances.
