Heatbeat

Heatbeat is an Argentinian trance and electro house production duo from Argentina, active since 2006. The group consists of Mathias Chavez and Agustín Servente, and is also described as an electronic act working in EDM, electronic, tech trance and trance.

Background

The duo forms in the middle of 2006 after both members begin producing as children. Their early musical influences include The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, BT, Judge Jules and Paul van Dyk. Their productions cover progressive trance, electro trance, tech-trance, uplifting trance and nu trance, also described as minimal trance.

Heatbeat gains support for its productions and remixes from DJs including Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules, Markus Schulz, Eddie Halliwell, 4 Strings, Cosmic Gate, Gareth Emery, Sean Tyas, John O'Callaghan, Super8 & DJ Tab, Ron Van Den Beuken, Ali Wilson, Kristina Sky and Suzy Solar. The duo also shares stages with Above & Beyond, Rank 1, Eddie Halliwell, John O'Callaghan, Cosmic Gate, Sean Tyas, Kyau & Albert, Ronski Speed, Ron van den Beuken, The Thrillseekers and Thr3shold.

Performances and releases

They perform in major clubs in Buenos Aires including Bigone, Mint, Bahrein, Caix and Le Click. Their guest mixes appear on electronic radio stations such as ETN.FM, DI.FM, Afterhours.FM and Pure.FM. They sign tracks and remixes to labels including Armada, Vandit, High Contrast, Flashover, In Charge, Bonzai, Real Music, Istmo Music and Novascape.
