HEADWRECK

HEADWRECK are a Brisbane metalcore group active since 2019. The band consists of Connor Hickman on vocals, Jamo Benadie on guitar and vocals, Colby Horton on drums, and Callen Batson on bass. Two members, Benadie and Horton, also play in Brisbane alternative band Days Like These.

The group describes itself as a collaboration between four like-minded musicians aiming to make its own place in the Australian alternative music scene. Its sound sits in a heavier area of brooding metal music and includes an emo-pop influence, alongside metalcore, nu metalcore, nu metal and progressive metalcore associations.
