Harrison Storm

Harrison Storm is an Australian singer-songwriter from the Shire of Mornington Peninsula, and his music is described as indie folk. He is based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

Early recordings and debut release

He begins with a small collection of folk-based demos before working with friend and producer Hayden Calnin, who helps shape his material. That collaboration leads to his debut EP, Sense of Home, which he releases independently in April 2015.

Reception and airplay

Sense of Home goes on to gather 1.2 million Spotify streams and receives radio play on Triple J and KCRW in the United States. It also appears in the 2016 television series Degrassi: Next Class. The EP reaches the semi-finals of the 2015 International Song Writing Competition.

Live performances

Storm performs both solo and with a full band, and he builds a live following in Melbourne. He supports acts including Husky, Kyle Lionhart, Hein Cooper and Woodlock.
