Harlem

Harlem is an Austin garage rock band that also draws on lo-fi, rock, blues rock and blues. The group forms in 2007 and continues until 2012, and its members are Jose Boyer, Michael Coomers, Curtis O'Mara and John Hostetter. It is also associated with Tucson in the United States.

The name Harlem is used by several different acts, including a Swedish electro-pop group, a Polish rock group formed in 1993, an R&B act and a jazz big band, but this Harlem refers to the garage rock band from Austin. Their style sits within garage rock and lo-fi, with the broader tags also placing them in rock, blues rock, blues and Polish-related search categories.
