Hand Habits

Hand Habits is the project of guitarist and singer-songwriter Meg Duffy. Duffy also performs and records with Kevin Morby and Seattle’s Mega Bog, and Hand Habits develops as their solo outlet.

Releases and recording

The project’s debut full-length album is Wildly Idle (Humble Before The Void), issued on Woodsist. The record is tracked in a living room in Duffy’s hometown in upstate New York and completed in Los Angeles. It contains 13 tracks and is described as intimate in tone.
