Hamilton is a name used by several different acts, including a drum and bass producer and DJ, a screamo hardcore band from Livonia, Michigan, a defunct indie-rock band from Baltimore, an alias for trance producer Fraser Hamilton, a Japanese one-woman project by Shoko, an emo rap singer-songwriter and mixer, and a Colombian urban singer from Cartagena. hamilton is an underground emo singer-songwriter from Sacramento, California. He starts his career in 2016 with the song “INFERNO”, using free beats from YouTube. Early in his work he has his tracks mixed by Invaluable Beats, before later mixing his own material. His career builds in 2017 with “Hammy’s World 2k”, later retitled “all I ever see is you”, and he also uploads “forever in my mind” in 2018.
He is part of the Acid Castle collective and works with artists including guardin, yung van, colcaine and Qawi Kamri, as well as d1v, kenedyxoxo and others. His lyrics often deal with suicide, drugs, mental health and heartbreak. Outside music, he skateboards and runs a clothing business called HUSLR.

One Hamilton is Hamilton Dean, a drum and bass producer and DJ signed to RAM Records. He releases “Send 'Em To Hell/Hopelessly Addicted” and “Come Again/Breath” before signing to RAM Records in 2011, and then issues a series of double A-sides on the label. He is also part of Northern Lights, works in production for other artists and bands, has remixes, and appears on compilation CDs.
Another Hamilton is a screamo hardcore band from Livonia, Michigan. The band begins in 1996 and plays shows until July 1999.
A further Hamilton is a defunct indie-rock band from Baltimore. Its sound is described as drawing on Radiohead and The Strokes, and it releases demos between 2007 and 2010, ending with Demo February 2010. The group splits in 2010 after the departure of its drummer and lead guitarist, and the core trio later returns as Delaplaine.
There is also a Japanese one-woman unit by Shoko, who writes, composes, sings, mixes and handles the rest of the production herself. Her music is made in a home studio in the Gulf Coast and is influenced by labels such as Source, IRMA and Bungalow.
