Guana Batz are a psychobilly group from London, United Kingdom, active since 1983. They are one of the earliest psychobilly bands and are regarded as influential within the scene.

The band is closely associated with the Klub Foot, an early psychobilly club, where they make frequent appearances. Their line-up includes Diddle, Pip Hancox, Stuart Osbourne, Mick White and Sam Sardi.
