Golly

Golly is a group from Osnabrück that begins performing in 2003. The act develops out of the break-up of Černá Kuřátka, where it adds synthetic and keyboard parts, and later forms Pohon Crew with two former members. It then starts exploring DJing and drum and bass, initially playing at smaller events around Vsetín.

By the start of 2004, Golly is playing mainly with vinyl and begins public performances in Brno, Vsetín and Chrudim. After a period outside the country, the act returns with more experience and records, and resumes performing in Brno, Chrudim, Vsetín, Slavičín and Valašské Meziříčí.

Its preferred labels include Subtitles, Shadow Law, Hostile, Photek Productions, Cause4Concern and Black Sun Empire, as well as Hospital and Soul:r. The act is also associated with the website pohon.cz.
