GLU

GLU is a heavy rock trio from Philadelphia. The group is described as drawing on punk, noise, rap, hip hop and Christian ska, although the name has also been used for several unrelated acts in other contexts.

One GLU project is identified as a Christian ska band from Texas whose name stands for “God Loves U”; that version of the group is no longer active. The name has also been used by a solo project from Michael Shuman of Queens of the Stone Age and Mini Mansions, and by a three-member boy band called 글루 under XX Entertainment.

In one punk-related context, GLU appears on a split release with Plastobeton.
