Geck-O

Geck-O is the artist name of Rik van Dam, a hardstyle DJ from the Netherlands. He is born in 1989 and develops an interest in electronic dance music at a young age. He learns keyboard and first gets into trance, then becomes drawn to the early hardstyle sound through labels such as Uberdruck and Tracid Traxx. This leads him to start producing his own music.

Career

By 2008, his productions reach a level that leads to his first release, Hallucinating, on Explosive Records Italy. The release marks the start of his recording career and establishes him within the hardstyle scene.
