Gastric Band
Gastric Band is a Glasgow, United Kingdom group described as a Scottish punk band. The band forms in 2010, and by 2011 it adds a second drummer and percussionist to its line-up.
Releases and sound
The group releases its debut album, Party Feel, in 2013 on Armellodie. A follow-up EP, Gastric Bag, appears in 2014, also on Armellodie. The available material places the band in a math rock and experimental context, with polyrhythmic and instrumental elements.
