G2

G2 is a name used by several different artists and groups. One is a side project of the California band Boss the Big Bit, based in San Francisco, California. This version of G2 also has a release titled Loneliness and Love, which appears as the first solo-artist release on Mushpot Records.

Another G2 is a tribute act focused on the Trespass to Wuthering era of the English progressive rock band Genesis. This group forms in 1997 and is based in the UK, performing recognised versions of Genesis songs.

A further artist using the name is a Memphis rapper associated with the album Mystro'z Madnezz, which is produced by DJ Livewire.

There is also a Korean rapper and singer known as G2, whose real name is Kevin Hwang, also given as Hwang Ji-tu. This artist is born on 1 May 1992.

The name G2 is also associated with the note გიგი ბეჟანიშვილი (Gigi Bezhanishvili).
