Fresh 4 is a group from Bristol, England comprising Paul Southey, known as Suv, and brothers J. Thompson, known as Flynn, and Keith Thompson, known as Krust. The group has a hit with “Wishing On A Star”, produced by Smith & Mighty, and the track appears in 1989. Their debut album remains unreleased after musical disagreements with their record company. Fresh 4 is associated with styles including trip-hop, downtempo, house, electronic and breakbeat.

After Fresh 4, Krust and Suv become part of the Full Cycle collective with Roni Size. Flynn later becomes half of Flynn & Flora. The name “Kindreds” is also associated with the group.
