Frank is a UK girl group from the television series Totally Frank. The group forms in 2004 and is active from 2005 to 2006. It is a contemporary R&B act from the United Kingdom.

Background and television work

The group appears as stars of its own TV show, Totally Frank, and the second series airs in the UK on Channel 4 and E4 in summer 2006. It is described as sharing producers with Girls Aloud and as being influenced by groups such as the Monkees and S Club 7.

Recordings

Frank co-writes its debut album, Devil's Got Your Gold, and the group plays its own instruments. Its debut single, I'm Not Shy, reaches number 40 in the UK. After weak sales of the single and album, the group leaves its record label in late August 2006 and announces its split on 11 September 2006.
