Foxwarren

Foxwarren is a Canadian indie folk group from Regina, Canada, active since 2009. The band includes Andy Shauf on guitars, keys and vocals, Darryl Kissick on bass, Dallas Bryson on guitar and vocals, and Avery Kissick on drums and percussion.

The group records in informal settings as well as more conventional spaces. Work on its self-titled debut begins in the Kissick brothers’ parents’ farmhouse while they are away on vacation. After that, the band relocates and continues recording in Regina in a rented house where the members live together as roommates.

The band’s name comes from the Kissick family home in Foxwarren, Manitoba.
