FOS Brothers

FOS Brothers are a group from Macon, United States, active from 1969 to 2014. Their line-up includes Duane Allman, Berry Oakley, Jai Johanny Johanson, Dickey Betts, Gregg Allman, Butch Trucks, Chuck Leavell, Lamar Williams, David Goldflies, Dan Toler, Mike Lawler, David “Frankie” Toler, Johnny Neel, Warren Haynes, Allen Woody, Marc Quiñones, Jack Pearson, Oteil Burbridge, Derek Trucks and Jimmy Herring. They are associated with the label Allbro Music.

Their listed styles include blues, blues rock, classic rock, country rock, electric blues and instrumental rock.

The FOS Brothers name is also used for Dave and Sam McCrory, from East Belfast in Northern Ireland, with Rom Dobbs, a drummer and percussionist from the south west of England. In that form, the group plays acoustic music shaped by Irish influences.

The group has also played a stage at Glastonbury Festival repeatedly over a ten-year period and is noted for strong musicianship and vocals.
