There are three acts using this name. One is a German battle rap act associated with irony and with the website fifaform.de. Another is an ambient black metal band from Estonia, active under the name Form and also linked to a Facebook page for the band. The third is FORM, also known as artbyFORM, an internet collective made up of electronic musicians and artists.
