Flavor Crystals
Flavor Crystals are a Minneapolis group associated with dream pop, neo-psychedelia, shoegaze and space rock. They are described as a psychedelic shoegaze band from the city, with an approach built around a hazy, dreamlike sound.
The group’s debut album, On Plastic, documents the sleepy, wobbly, blurry dreamscape they develop together after a period of exploration and experimentation. Their second album, Ambergris, is produced by recording legend Kramer and released by Second Shimmy Records in 2008.
The group includes DJ Cheapshot and Vin Skully.
