Flamebearer

Flamebearer are a London-based heavy metal and doom metal group. Formed in late 2021, the band is fronted by former Oak vocalist Andrew Valiant and includes ex-members of Decomposed, Oak, Mourn, Blood Island Raiders and Brule. Their sound draws on classic 1970s rock and 1980s metal, with influences including Black Sabbath, Angel Witch, Trouble, Celtic Frost and The Cult. The group’s music sits between doom and heavier, more energetic metal, with an emphasis on strong riffs and large choruses.
