Fantastic Mr Fox is a Berlin-based producer originally from Wolverhampton. He starts producing at the age of 14 and works with sample-based, genre-crossing techniques shaped by hip hop and house.

Releases and style

His releases appear on Hemlock Recordings and Black Acre. His catalogue includes the Sketches EP, the tracks Evelyn, San’en, Power and The Trap, and material that ranges across sparse, experimental electronic music, R&B-influenced forms and house. He is also working on a first full-length release, which includes collaborations.

Live work and support

Fantastic Mr Fox supports The XX on tour, performing DJ sets between the sets of The XX, Warpaint and Zola Jesus. His music receives support from Jamie xx, Annie Mac, Huw Stephens, Björk and James Blake.
