Fallen Fate are a thrash metal band from the United Kingdom, based in the North East of England. The group starts out in 2005 and goes through several line-up changes before reaching its later form.

Style and influences

The band plays a mix of thrash metal with speed and heavy technical riffs. Their sound also draws on early thrash metal and the New Wave of American Metal. Testament and Onslaught are named among the influences behind their approach.

Early releases

In late 2007 and early 2008, Fallen Fate begin work on their first EP, Revengance. The release contains five metal tracks and is self-produced and self-released. It receives positive feedback from listeners and critics, along with some label interest. The EP also earns a place on Bruce Dickinson’s Rock Show on BBC 6 Music, and the physical copies sell out.
