Fallen Arise

Fallen Arise is a symphonic metal band from Athens, Greece, formed in 2009 by Gus. The group is female-fronted and has been active since 2009.

Line-up

The line-up named in the bio is Evelyn on female vocals, Jon on male vocals, Gus on keyboards, Frangiskos on guitar, Maria on bass guitar and Thanos on drums. The band goes through several line-up changes before settling into this configuration.

Early live activity

Fallen Arise plays its first gig on 21 December 2009 at Sin City in Athens, alongside Anthem, Rain, Revolted Masses and Unholy Reign. After further line-up changes, it performs two shows in March 2010: one at Triklino Vineyard in Corfu with Aherusia, Psycorepaths, Stalkers and Whitenoiz, and another at An Club in Athens with Silent Wedding, Meden Agan and Infernal Deception. The current line-up shares the stage for the first time on 8 May 2010 at An Club in Athens with Xandria, Bare Infinity and SaDDolls.

Further performances and release

The band later appears at the 3rd Golden Apple Festival in Kastoria, playing alongside Anorimoi, Giorgos Tsigkos & Mavroi Kikloi, Magic De Spell, Firewind, Elysion, Danger Angel, Pavlos Pavlidis and C:Real. It then plays its first solo show at Rainbow Bar in Athens on 24 November 2010, and closes the year with a performance at 7 Sins in Athens with Daylight Misery and Dimlight.

Fallen Arise also promotes its EP Eternal, which is released in 2011.
