Faith In Grace is a United States group from St. Augustine. The band is active from 2003 to 2005 and is made up of Justin Etheridge, Jake Brown, Jeremy S.H. Griffith, Timothy Kirkpatrick and James Glayat. It is associated with alternative rock and post-hardcore, and is also tagged as deathcore, metal, hardcore and death metal.

History

The band begins under the name About A Plane Crash before adopting the Faith In Grace name. It is a five-piece metal and hardcore band from Teesside in the account provided by its biography, but its confirmed origin places it in St. Augustine. It plays shows and tours across Europe and the United States.

Its first official release is a self-titled demo in 2007, built around four live demo tracks: Intro, Breathe Deep, Knives For The Dead and We Operate The Deceased. Its release Seasons follows in 2008 and includes Intro, Everest, Awaken, What Saviour Is Life? and Seasons. The group also releases songs outside albums through Myspace and Facebook, with later material made available for download through Facebook.

The band later breaks up and returns to the About A Plane Crash name.

Faith In Grace’s recorded output includes the self-titled demo and Seasons, both of which present an evolving version of its post-hardcore and metal-focused sound.
